It’s a TV show from Spain called Fisica o Quimica. The couple is Fer (the tall one) and David. Their storyline is uploaded in YouTube, with English subs. Excellent series, and this couple has one of the best/most believable chemistries on any medium ever, and I’ve seen a lot of shows.
This is someone dying while having an MRI scan. Before you die, your brain releases tons and tons of endorphins that make you feel a range of emotions. Tragically beautiful.
